Dawood Khan is a senior civil servant from Swat, Pakistan, currently serving in BPS-20 under the Provincial Civil Service (Secretariat Group). With an M.A. in English, he began his government service in 1995 and formally joined the PCS cadre in 1997.

Over the years, Mr. Khan has held various key administrative positions including Secretary of Higher Education, Transport, ST&IT, Housing, and Irrigation Departments, as well as Chairman of the Textbook Board. He has also served as Special Secretary and Additional Secretary across multiple government departments such as Finance, Health, Law, and E&AD.

As of April 2023, he is enrolled in the National Management Course, reflecting his continued commitment to public service leadership and professional development.
