SACOSAN is a government led biennial convention held on a rotational basis in each SACOSAN member country (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka).

SACOSAN VII, was held in Pakistan in 2018, continuing its glorious history of being a truly regional event. It was managed and organised by Black Box Sounds.

The 3-day conference was attended by up to 1000 delegates from the eight partner countries and proved to be instrumental in generating a political will towards better sanitation in the region over a decade.

Nadra and World Bank

The Learning Workshops were organized in 6 major cities across Pakistan by Black Box Sounds for NADRA and World Bank.

Beneficiaries were invited by the Watan Card team for sharing, learning and mind mapping sessions so that future strategies could be devised.

The workshops were moderated by Black Box Sounds and reports generated after every event.

Stop Stunting

A media workshop on stunting was organized jointly by UNICEF and the Planning and Development Department of the Government of Punjab in Lahore. The aim of the event was to sensitize journalists and media to one of the most pressing issues of Pakistan that efects more than one out of three children in Punjab alone, and represents a serious obstacle for the development of the country as a whole.

BBS organised the event, from designing the campaign logo, to reaching out to media and journalists for participation and media coverage.

The event was a huge success, and the journalist community greatly lauded the efforts.
