Mr Doyle is an experienced Public Health Officer working with the Ministry of Health-Kenya, holding degrees in Public Health/Environmental Health Policy. As the Assistant Director of Public Health, Division of Environmental Health & Sanitation, he heads the WASH Unit. He supports the implementation of the Kenya Water Sanitation and Hygiene Program (K-WASH), a US$450 million World Bank-funded program across 19 counties. 

With over 12 years in the WASH sector, specializing in Public health promotion, proven practical experience in participatory methods for WASH promotion with special reference to Community - Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) as field practitioner, trainer, and advisor, with in- depth knowledge and understanding of CLTS issues that affect rural communities.
