He is a Chartered Professional Accountant from Canada and an MBA and B.Sc. in Computer Science from Oregon State University. As President of FINCON Services Inc. he has led complex donor-funded projects focused on urban development, municipal finance, WASH, MIS development, and institutional reforms, with various donors and IFIs. He specializes in strategic planning, institutional restructuring, and sustainable municipal service delivery with a strong focus on capacity building and governance reforms.
