Dr. Aslam Faqeer Mohammad is an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering at NED University of Engineering and Technology, with over 20 years of combined academic and industry experience. He completed his BE and ME in Structural Engineering from NED University and earned his PhD from Sapienza University of Rome. Dr. Aslam has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in structural analysis, reinforced concrete, seismic design, and tall structures. He also serves as a building safety and disaster risk reduction engineer, auditing factories and evaluating bridges and buildings. Dr. Aslam leads national and international R&D projects on seismic and tsunami evaluations, retrofitting earthquake-affected buildings, and performance-based assessments of pipelines and bridges.
