Khalid Nazir Wattoo is a senior civil servant with diverse experience in governance, administration, and public service delivery across Pakistan. He has held key positions including Assistant Commissioner UT Muzaffarabad, DDO Revenue Sukkur, District Collector Naushahroferoze, EDO Revenue in Tharparkar and Mandi Bahauddin, Deputy Secretary Finance Division Islamabad, Commissioner Skardu, and Secretary Food Gilgit-Baltistan. He has also led major provincial institutions as DG Industries Punjab, MD Lahore Waste Management Company, CEO Punjab Health Initiative Management Company, DG Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency, and Special Secretary School Education Department. Currently, he serves as Secretary, School Education Department, Government of Punjab, where he continues to drive reforms in education and governance.
